New Guidelines

Please be kind, this is just as difficult for us, as it is for you. We must follow guidelines to stay open and for us this is our livelihood. Thank you.

WHEN SHOPPING/BROWSING

• You are recommended but not required to wear a mask.
• Please do not enter if you are symptomatic, instead call in order for curbside or order online for delivery (Order online)

WHEN WASHING

• We are back to Walk-ins – last wash is 30 minutes before closing. We will not be offering appointments anymore.
• Mask must be worn.
• NEW – max 2 people from same family can be in the wash area/store/grooming area.
• If there is a wait, get your name on the list and please wait in your car.

CLIPPER & TABLE RENTAL ADD-ON TO WASH (one at a time)

• Mask must be worn.
• Not available during nail trimming hours.
• NEW – max 2 people from same family can be in the wash/store/grooming area.
• If there is a wait, get your name on the list and please wait in your car.
• After clipping/grooming, please wait in grooming room until an employee takes you to your tub.

WHEN GETTING NAILS TRIMMED (designated days)

• If there is a wait, an employee will put your name on a list, thereafter, please wait in your car until you are called.
• Mask must be worn if you are going back with your pet.
• Wait outside until you are called in.
• There can be a long wait for nail trimming, please be patient.
