There’s a reason our recipes contain foods from around the world. Because the best ingredients aren’t always in our backyard.
We take the same care when selecting all our ingredients from trusted Farmers and Fishermen. Our Trout, Salmon and Whitefish are sourced from the waters of the American Northwest, our Turkey is raised in the Midwest, and our Duck is farm-raised in Western France.
In addition, everything we make is free from commonly used binding agents that are high in simple carbohydrates and starches. Instead we only use low glycemic carbohydrates such as Chickpeas, which also provide extra protein and valuable fiber.
